Stock Levels

As all my items are handmade by myself, I try to keep the stock levels on the site accurate. However, some items are available on back order but this may require a longer dispatch time. I also attend craft fairs where the items will be available for purchase. In the event that an item is purchased and no longer available, you will be contacted with the option of a full refund, exchange of item or another made where possible.

Colour Disclaimer

I have tried to give a true reflection of the colours used in both photos and item descriptions. Actual colours may vary. Items exposed to sunlight made fade overtime.

Safety

Keep items away from young children, or use under direct supervision. Resin items are safe for brief contact with food but not long term exposure, and should not be used to cut on.

Resin Care

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Do NOT submerge in water
NOT dishwasher safe
Hand wash ONLY, with mild soap and water. Dry with a soft cloth
Avoid exposure to cigarette smoke as may cause discolouration
Avoid contact with chemicals and corrosive substances
Surfaces may scratch with excessive use or contact with abrasive surfaces

What are your shipping times?

I aim to dispatch orders within 7 calendar days. If you have ordered a personalised or bespoke item this will likely be longer, but I will communicate directly with you regarding the timeframe.

What are your shipping costs?

There is a flat rate shipping cost of £3.50 per order, with free shipping for orders over £50.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I do! Contact me with your specific needs and I will do my best to accommodate you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major cards and Apple Pay via square payment.
